These terms cover Business After Hours, a local business networking event series organized by Rick Neuman of Digital Harvest Marketing and presented by Washington County Restaurant Foodies & Waukesha Eats. By registering for an event or signing up for text messages, you agree to these terms.

Business After Hours Text Alerts

Program name: Business After Hours Text Alerts.

Program description: Business After Hours sends text messages to people who ask for them. There are two kinds:

• Event reminders — if you check "Text me a reminder the day before" when you register, we send one reminder text the day before that event.
• Event alerts — if you sign up on our event alerts page or check "Text me about future Business After Hours events" when you register, we text you when new events are announced.

Texts are sent from (262) 457-4010 to US mobile numbers only. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of attending an event or making a purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Event reminders are one text per event you register for. Event alerts are typically a few texts per month or less, depending on how many events are announced.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out

You can cancel text messages at any time. Reply STOP to (262) 457-4010 to stop receiving texts. After you send STOP, we'll send one final text confirming you've been unsubscribed, and you won't receive any more texts from us. To start again, reply START or sign up again.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your phone number and text opt-in are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Event registration

Event details such as admission, food and parking are listed on each event page and may change. Spots are limited; when an event is full, new sign-ups join a waitlist. If you can no longer attend, please cancel using the link in your confirmation or reminder email — our sponsors and venues plan food and space around the headcount.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
